Named to the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) 35 Under 35, Courtney is a commercial strategist with operating experience across the chemical value chain.

She helps translate upstream chemistries into market-ready products in beauty/ personal care, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, coatings (CASE) & construction, and advanced materials, with depth in specialty chemical regulation, go-to-market, and manufacturing/supply-chain optimization.

Courtney serves on the boards of The Chemists’ Club (the US’ oldest chemical industry nonprofit) and NYU Tandon School of Engineering.
